Pineridge Builders was attracted to this small cul-de-sac of attractive premium lots that backed onto green space.  Located near an already established neighbourhood  of  newer to 15 yr old homes just on east side of Dorchester.  There are now no longer any select lots available in Dorchester  from Pineridge Builders.
